How can I get edrone CRM?

Which functionalities are included in the subscription?

Once you’ve purchased a subscription, you gain access to all edrone functionalities. You can also rely on one-time or repeated support in launching automations or maintaining your account, delivered by our subject matter experts.

What e-commerce platforms is edrone CRM integrated with?

The edrone system is integrated with more than 25 e-commerce platforms, ensuring that you can quickly and efficiently leverage the potential of your customer base. See the up-to-date list of integrations and full documentation.

Is there a trial period?

At this point, edrone does not offer a trial period. Please note that an e-commerce platform integration test is available in order to give you full confidence the system works without problems. What payment methods are available?

A credit card or a debit card can be used to pay for edrone CRM.

How is the number of contacts calculated?

edrone determines the amount of your bill based on the number of all email addresses to which you can send marketing messages that you’ve uploaded to the system.

What happens if I exceed my limit of contacts?

If you exceed the number of contacts set for a given price range, we will charge your payment card accordingly. It will correspond to the highest number of contacts in the database that was recorded during the billing period. For example, if there are 1,000 contacts in your base at the end of the billing period, but 2,000 contacts were found there at some point during the billing period, the charge amount will be based on 2,000 contacts.

Do you provide trainings and customer support?

Of course. Yes, we offer both implementation packages and ongoing support for your system. Take a look here for more information on support.

How long is the onboarding process? How long before I can see the first results?

Our onboarding process typically takes from a few days to a month – all to ensure that you get effective integration and support at every stage. You’ll see the first results of working with us as soon as within 2-3 months from the start of activity in the system. This is the time it takes for the implemented automations to take effect and be able to benefit your store.
